A gentle, 2-hour journey through heat, cold, and the senses. Guided by Sarah, you’ll move in and out of the sauna in rounds - softly easing into the warmth with meditation, breath, scents, and sound. Sarah brings in the natural world using hand-tied leaf whisks, homemade salt scrubs, therapeutic oils, and a nourishing seaweed mask. Each round is designed to calm the nervous system, boost circulation, and help you release tension - physically and mentally. Expect gentle exfoliation, juicy fruit inside, herbal tea outside, and deep, peaceful rest. It’s a chance to reconnect with yourself and nature, and leave feeling balanced, refreshed, and fully alive.
